Refund and Returns Policy


Packworks will accept refunds up to 14 days after delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds will not include the cost of delivery fees. The only exception to this is if Packworks made an error within the warehouse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected and your return has been approved you will receive an email notify you. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, though this may take a number of days to appear in your account.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 

Packworks Ltd, Faus, Croghan, Boyle, Co. Roscommon, F52 E330, Ireland

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
